President's Welcome

Let me be the first to welcome you to the Montana Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycee’s), where we believe in focusing on making a difference in lives, while helping you achieve your goals personally or professionally.

As this year’s Montana Jaycee’s President, I invite you to take this remarkable journey with me and many others throughout our great state by helping, you get a great sense of pride with the knowledge and field experience to help you excel in your career and in your personnel life. The connections and bonds that are created in this organization can be life changing. We have local Chapter’s all over this state and always looking for more, as we are growing in local Chapters, State, Country and even connected in other Countries, when checking out the webpage you will see that our organization goes beyond the state of Montana but into 115 countries in the world.

I started in this organization almost 9 years ago, in the Glendive Jaycee’s Chapter, I wanted to help my community and meet people, as a single mom, stuck in position at work with no chance of advancement. People had told me you will get out of this what you put into it, as a skeptic, I thought it couldn’t happen especially with my line of work (construction labbie), and no time for a personal life. All of my experience and skills learned through the Jaycee’s has earned me career advancement after career advancement beyond all my expectations, which are recognizable on a resume. I was able to include my son because the organization wants you to put your family first and I am engaged to be married. This is why I believe in the possibilities for you. I never thought I would be a Montana Jaycee’s President; I have an awesome Board that believes in me as I have faith and confidence in them. I can tell you first hand I am not the only one who can testify to the opportunities available and are waiting for you. I have had the pleasure of meeting people all over the world which, you can embark on this adventure also, all you need to do is take the first step and contact me or your local Chapter to see what this organization can do for you. I encourage you to ask the question. “What can the Jaycee’s do for me”? My answer is whatever you want or need can be achieved because we believe in you and what you can do for yourself and this organization along with helping others, you will be given the tools to make a difference.

The time of the Jaycee’s being the best kept secret, as Ronald Reagan would say is over, we what you to be a part of the greatest organization in this Nation, that has opportunities you never thought possible. We believe in you and believe you deserve more out of life.
